ぷらっと、今日のランチは、築地駅周辺を散策。
東京メトロ 日比谷線築地駅の１番出口を出ると、
新大橋通りがあるので、右折して、新富町方面へ、
ほんの少し歩くと築地本願寺前の信号がある。
この信号を渡って、すぐ右折して、しばらく直進して、
築地川公園を過ぎて信号を渡って、少し歩くと左手に、
本日、お邪魔した『ギンザ うおぬま』さんがある。
平日の１１時５０分に入店。
店内に入ると、先客は無く、
入口を入って左手奥のカウンター席に座る。
カウンター席に着いて、メニューを確認。
メニューは、
■昼の御献立
・たれカツ丼 ９５０円
・鯖みそ煮定食 ９５０円
・焼鯖定食 ９９０円
・日替り焼魚定食 ９９０円
・鯛のづけ定食 １，２００円
※ライス大盛 ＋１１０円
である。
店名が『うおぬま』さんなので、
ご飯が美味しんだろうなぁ～と勝手に判断して、
何を合わせるかを考える。
やっぱり魚料理だよなぁ？と思い。
「鯛のづけ定食」をチョイスして、
厨房にいた若大将に「鯛のづけ定食」を発注。
待つこと７分。
「鯛のづけ定食」が提供された。
「鯛のづけ定食」の内容は、
メインは器に「鯛の漬けの切り身」と「温泉たまご」、
小鉢は「しらすのやわらか佃煮」と「お新香」、
そして「ご飯」と「味噌汁」である。
まずは、「鯛の漬けの切り身」から食べる。
鯛は、白身魚なので味は淡泊であるが、
程良い甘さが感じられ、
醬油ダレの胡麻も絡んできて、
鯛の甘味と醤油ダレが相まって、
ご飯が進むおかずである。
そして、予想通りご飯が旨い。
ご飯の上に、「温泉たまご」を乗せて、
割ってみると黄身が全熟状態であった。
出来れば、半熟でご飯に黄身が流れ出して、
玉子がけご飯のように食べたかったが、
少し残念である。
そして、「鯛の漬けの切り身」と
「ご飯」を合わせ乍ら食べ進め、
箸休めに、小鉢の「しらすのやわらか佃煮」と
「お新香」を食べて、
最後に、味噌汁を飲んで完食。
本日は、綺麗で清潔感が漂う店内で、旨いご飯を堪能したＱちゃんでした。
