上司が奢ってくれるということで、昼間から築地の寿司屋に繰り出しました。
12時過ぎだったのですが、まだ4月にできたばかりということで、あまり認識されていないのか、先客は1組だけでした。
カウンター15席とテーブルが少々という造りで、出来たばかりなのでとても綺麗です。そしてヒノキのカウンターが良い香りを出してますね。
昼は何種類かコースがあるようですが、頂いたのは、

・鯵
・蛸
・帆立
・鮪
・中トロ
・甘海老
・穴子
・雲丹
・海鮮手巻き
・アオサの味噌汁
築地なのでネタが良いのはもちろんですが、鯵に青海苔、蛸にレモン、ホタテにポン酢など、単に握るだけでなく一工夫加えてあって心動かされます。シャリは赤酢のようですね。
昼から贅沢させていただきましたが、夜にガチで楽しみたいお店でしたw
