久しぶりの平日休み、通院後、同じくお休みのカミさんと待ち合わせ訪店。
カウンター奥に着席し、下戸のカミさんは最初から上がり花、僕はドルトムンダーで喉湿し。カンパァァァ～～イ！
先ずは飾り皿にガリと玉が提供される。玉は甘み控えめのオトナの厚焼き。
握りスタート！
イサキ、この身から結構な魚体と推測される。小ぶりのイサキと違い、食べ応えもありながら鮮度感もシッカり！
小肌、丁寧な仕事を感じる。新子にはまだ早いが、時期外れと言われそうだが、コレ美味し！
天然縞アジ、畜養とは違い、味に透明感を感じる。独特の食感も楽しい！
単品オーダーの真蛸桜煮、桜煮はサックりと噛み切れる。洋辛子でいただくと焼酎が欲しくなり追加投入！
スマガツオ、スマですね幻の全身トロの魚、口に入れた瞬間にトロけてくる。呑兵衛には堪らない今日イチの一貫。
こちらも単品オーダーの穴子白焼き、これは特筆すべきはないけど、穴子には一切の臭みなし！
赤身ヅケ、浅めの漬かり具合でマグロの旨味がよく判る。
大トロ、部位は大トロだけど脂の乗りは今一歩、でも美味しい！
金目、旬を楽しませてもらえた皮目が美味い一貫！
ウニ、やっぱ美味いよねぇ！
煮あなご、蕩ける呑める穴子にシッカリしたツメがイイ！
イクラと剥き身の手巻き、見た通りに美味い。
蒸し海老を追加、もうワンサイズ上だったら文句ないのだが、甘味シッカリ食感もブリュンと楽しい！
あら出汁の上品な味噌汁で〆て白鷺となる。
握りは小ぶりだけど旨味ギッシリ！
