築地にある秀徳さんに伺いました。本店、2号、3号等いくつも店舗がありますが、本店 恵を選択しました。
赤酢のしゃりは少なめでとても食べやすく、ネタに馴染んでいます。鮨以外のメニューもたくさんあるので、お酒が進んでしまいました。
