ジビエ目当てで、クリスマス限定ランチコースに伺いました。浅草線宝町駅から徒歩7〜8分ってところでしょうか。階段降りたところに入口があります。クリスマスなので、贅沢してシャンパン飲みました。

食後のお飲み物
初めてお邪魔しましたが、お料理全部美味しかったです。特にマカロンと海鮮パフェ、めちゃ好みでした。マカロンは甘さと塩っぱさのマリアージュが絶妙、軽すぎないモッチリした歯ごたえで素晴らしいです。鮟鱇も身がプリっとしていて、ポワレに良くあるパサつきが無い。パイ包みはシェフがトリュフを削ってくれます。鹿肉は火の入り具合がちょうどよく、しっとり。欲をいうと、パイの端っこがもう少しパリっとしてたらなお良かったかも。デザートは苺で、腹パンでもクドくない甘さがGOOD。コーヒーはもう少し熱いといいな。
帰りもシェフが丁寧にお見送りしてくださいました。
家の近くにあったら定期的に通っちゃうのにな。
