新橋の高級割烹が作った、築地のグルメ街にある、ポテトサラダとイカ飯の専門店です。って、ちょっと不思議なメニューに惹かれて食べに来ました。
築地の場外市場、北島商店のお向かい、成東水産のわき道を進むと、右側に登場します。
この路地裏感覚が築地場外市場のお愉しみの一つですよね！？
ポテサラといかめしのセット、900円。メニューはこの一種類だけ。

感じの良い女性に案内されて、テーブルへ。口開けの早い時間なので、店内は貸切です。
JRｓはノンアルビールも愛飲していて、サントリーのオールフリーは好物です。
さて、ポテサラは胆振ガッコとセットになったバージョンと、シンプルバージョンの２パターン。振り掛け「ゆかり」が振ってあって、味に深みもあります。
そして、イカ飯は、なんと油で揚げてあり、柚子と木の芽を添えて、サッパリいただく趣向。
流石に、新橋の高級割烹だけあって、斬新なメニューです。
