銀座・新橋にある、割烹佐々木さんの出店。
メニューは、吟ぽて（ポテサラ）と吟いか（いかめし）のみです。
滑らかなポテサラは、ゆかりが振ってあり、青紫蘇と合わせたもの、いぶりがっこと合わせたものの２味が楽しめます。
揚げた、いかめしは、小さ目の烏賊に嫌味のない甘ダレと山椒葉が良く合い、美味しい。
ボリューム少な目そうですが、ポテサラは人生で一番量を食べたくらいで、意外にお腹も膨れました。
ただ食事というよりは、酒の肴的要素が強い印象。
追伸：付け合わせのトマトは、ポテサラの箸休めに取っておきましょう（笑）。
