築地場外。市場移転により、観光地でしかなくなり、休日ならば多少空いているかと向かいましたが、やはり観光客とパラリンピック関係者が跋扈し、諦めたところ、路地裏に新しいお店があるのを発見し、一縷で参りますと、先客のいない綺麗なお店とスタッフで、イン。メニューは、ポテトサラダとイカ飯のみらしく、「吟ポテ吟いかセット」900円にオススメのドリンクを頼みます。静かな店内で、カウンター席に座り、直ぐに来ましたドリンクを頂き、ジャズを聴きながら気分良く待ちますと、会食客が来店し、雰囲気がた落ち、リスク急上昇で、早く来ないかと待ちますこと７分で来ましたのは、吟ポテ単品価格500円と吟いか単品価格400円のセット。ポテトサラダにはゆかり®がふられ、いぶりガッコと大葉が下地で、良いです。イカ飯は、天ぷらで、函館のイカ飯を期待した腹には足りません。手数料有料化公表済キャッシュ・レス決済し滞在時間16分で、逃げ出します。
