ポテサラ大好きな私。
加えての北海道・森を通る時は毎回買ってしまうイカ飯、この二つの品をワンプレートにしたメニュー、それのみのお店。
それは訪問せざるを得ないわけで。
出てきたイカ飯は、予想とは違いタレをつけたと思われる衣で揚げたユニークな食感。お酒に合う。
ポテサラはきめ細かいクリームのような味わいで、イカ飯とのバランスが良い。いぶりがっこの歯応えも良いアクセント。
900円のプレートに350円のハイボール、1250円としてはかなりの満足度。今は昼だけの営業だが、是非夜もやって欲しい。
