この日は築地飲み。
普段あまり築地に行くことはないが、たまに行くと新たな発見があって面白い。
そんな築地でまた新たな店との出会いがあった。
そう、その店が「吟ぽて」だ。
築地場外市場の路地の一角、非常に分かりにくい場所にあるのだが、その隠れ家感がまた良い感じ。
なんだか気になって入店してみることに。
■■メニューはポテサラといかめしのみ！
店内はこじんまりとしているが落ち着いた雰囲気がある。
そしてメニューを見てビックリ！
なんとフードメニューはポテサラといかめしのみ！なんとも珍しい！
・・・と思ったらどうやらこの店、銀座8丁目割烹料理店「佐々木」という店が関係しているらしく、そこのポテサラ＆いかめしを出しているそう。うーん、なるほど！
ということで当然のごとく吟ぽて&吟いかセットを注文。
逆に迷わなくて良い。
ちなみに吟ぽて&吟いかセットは作り立てを出してくれるとのことで若干時間がかかるそう。

ドリンクはハイボールを注文。
350円というリーズナブルな値段も嬉しいところだ。
料理が来るまでハイボールを楽しみながら待つ。
■吟ぽて&吟いかセット（900円）
ということでメインの登場！
ゆかりをかけたふわふわでクリーミーな食感のポテサラはいくらでも食べれそうな美味しさ。
もう一品の吟いかはスルメイカを使用したいかめしの天ぷら。
旨みがぎゅっと詰まっておりとっても美味しい！
一口サイズで食べやすいのも嬉しい。
■■ちょい飲みで立ち寄りたいお店
ということでちょい飲み、昼飲みに最適で、割烹料理店の味わいを手軽に楽しめる良い店であった。
営業時間は短めで、場所もなかなか分かりにくい場所にあるが、それがまた魅力的でもある。
普段あまり築地に行くことはないのだが、また近くに行ったら立ち寄りたい店である。
