Fed up with the crowds outside Tsukiji, I evacuated to this shop. A quiet and wonderful space that belies the hustle and bustle outside. Standing bar bar is famous for its potato salad and fried squid rice. I ordered: ◆Half Gin Potato ◆Simmered bamboo shoots and sea bream Simmered dish ◆Mio I passed on the squid rice as it seemed to be too filling, and ordered the simmered bamboo shoots and sea bream Simmered dish. Does it feel sweet? I think so, but as expected, I'm running Japanese-style meal. The strong flavor of the soup stock will instantly put you in a good mood. The bamboo shoots are delicious! The potato salad is extremely smooth. Iburigakko is mixed in and Yukari is sprinkled on top. This one has a more firm sweetness. I sometimes see potato salad with smoked sardines in bars and other places, but it's a flavor I've never had before. The Mio I chose is a sweet sparkling sake, so this potato salad is sweet x sweet. A highball or something like that seems like a better match. It's difficult to visit because it's only open during the day, but neither young children looking to eat while walking nor foreign tourists looking for Seafood Bowl come in. As someone who likes solo Standing bar, this place is extremely comfortable and is a little-known spot.It's worth remembering as a water supply point in Tsukiji.
