Remarks |
This is a bar located outside Tsukiji Market that specializes in ``potato salad and squid rice Tempura.'' restaurant is located at the back of a fresh fish store called Narito Suisan. This is also ``difficult'' to get into, but let's make up our minds and keep pushing forward (not that we're doing anything wrong, haha). ...When you enter restaurant, you are in a different world. You will be welcomed by the clean interior of the store and the soft-spoken staff. The atmosphere is perfect for drinking delicious cold sake. So, I ordered the following. ■Order Gin Pote Gin Squid Half Set, Ginjo Sake, etc. ``Gin Pote'' has a sweet and sour taste, and it has a smooth taste, perhaps because it is carefully strained. There are two types, shiso onion and iburi gakko, and the latter goes perfectly with sake (lol). Yukari doesn't have any heat in potato salad, so it's mostly just for coloring, so it's okay even if you don't like it. The other type, ``Ginka'', is made by cutting small pieces of squid rice into rounds and making Tempura from them. It has a sweet soy sauce sauce on it, and since it's sticky rice, it's chewy. A cup of sake usually starts at 750 yen, but the highball and lemon sour are cheaper at 350 yen. ``Gin Pote'' and ``Gin Sika'' will make your stomach swell more than you think, so if you plan on eating on the ladder, we recommend half-sized meals.
