ぷらっと、今日のランチは、築地駅周辺を散策。
東京メトロ 日比谷線築地駅の４番出口を出ると、
右手に、新大橋通りがあるので、新富町方面へ、
少し歩き､最初のＴ字路を左折して､
しばらく歩くと左手に､
本日、お邪魔した『TSUKIJIビアワイン食堂 井上商店』さんがある。
平日の１２時１０分に入店。
１階のカウンター内にいた男性店員から
２階を案内されて、２階に階段で上がり、
中央左手のテーブル席の椅子に座る。
椅子に座って、店内を見廻すと、
男性の二人組が２組と男性のおひとり様が３名と
女性のおひとり様が２名の合計９名の
お客さまが居られた。
そして、卓上の上にあったメニューを確認。
メニューは、

お腹が減っていたので、「Ｗカツカレー」に決めて、
男性店員に「Ｗカツカレー」で「ライス大盛り」を発注。
待つこと１７分。
待っ～た、待っ～た。
「Ｗカツカレー」が提供された。
「Ｗカツカレー」の内容は、一皿にライスの上に、
豚カツが５切れと牛カツが４切れ、乗っていて、
そこにカレーソースが掛けられて、
銀の包みに福神漬けが入っている。
見るからに、ご飯（大盛り）の量と
カレーソースの量があっていないので、
最初は、カツとライスで食べる。
牛カツは、衣は薄く、少しレア状態に仕上がっている。
揚げ置きなのか？
提供まで時間が掛かった何かのアクシデントのためか、
牛カツ単体はそんなに熱くない。
ただ、何もつけずに食べても、
シッカリと牛の旨みが口の中に広がる。
豚カツも単体で食べる。
牛カツ同様に揚げたてではない。
こんなに待ったのに、寂しい限りである。
豚カツは、まったく普通の味で、
カレーに掛けて食べる豚カツである。
カレーソースは、辛さが控えめで、
少し酸味があるが到って普通の味である。
そんな「Ｗカツカレー」を豚カツ､
牛カツの順番で食べ進めて、
ライスと一緒にカレーソースを食べ、
箸休めに福神漬けを食べて完食。
本日は、「Ｗ（牛・豚）カツカレー」を堪能したＱちゃんでした。
御馳走様でした。
