手打ちのパスタがとても好みでした。
メインのお肉の火入れが適切で、旨みを最大限に味わうことができました。
お勧めいただいたワインはイタリアではなくブルゴーニュでしたが、料理の繊細さと合っており素晴らしい時間を過ごせました。
