新富町閑静な住宅街エリアで非常に大人な立地。
一見和食屋さんに見える佇まいも落ち着いており素晴らしい。
藤岡シェフは数々の名店を渡り歩いた経歴を持ち今年のオープン以来非常に話題となっていたお店。
Berkel社の手回しスライサーでカットしたふわふわの生ハム2種類と5種類のパスタがメインとなるコース。
コース16500円の設定は内容を考慮するととても嬉しい値段。
随所に酸味を用いて味わいが立体的なお料理の数々はなかなか味わえない独創性。
・茶碗蒸し
菊芋、北寄貝、柚子の皮。
上品な味わいで食感が非常に豊か。
・揚げピザ☆☆
リコッタ、スカモルツァ、パルミジャーノ入り揚げピザに生ハム。
生ハムの冷たさとピザの熱々さのコントラストが良く、チーズの風味と生ハムの塩みでシンプルな味わいが素敵。

蛤出汁と雲丹。
アルデンテ具合が秀逸。
海苔がいい仕事しすぎてて雲丹との相性が最高。
