Sakabo Crossroad is a Japanese Cuisine located about 5 minutes from Tsukiji, Higashi Ginza, and Tsukiji Shijo subway stations. This shop opened in October 2023, located in a back alley two streets away from Shin-Ohashi Dori. The interior of the restaurant has a calm atmosphere based on Japanese style. There are 5 counter seats, 16 table seats, and a private room with 8 seats. There are three basic courses: 6,000 yen, 8,000 yen, and 10,000 yen, and there are also 3,500 yen courses without food and hotpot courses that include all-you-can-drink. There is also an a la carte menu, so you can feel free to stop by. It seems that you can reserved it out for private use depending on the number of people and your budget, and they are flexible with how you use it. Today I received the 10,000 yen intersection course. ◇Appetizer: Yuba cheese tofu served with persimmon sauce. It was a dish with a sticky texture and the aroma of yuba and cheese. ◇Rice bowl: Black beans, green beans, white onions The thick black beans had a strong presence, and the soup stock had a gentle flavor. ◇Sashimi: Bluefin tuna, Spanish mackerel, Fuefukitai The Fuefukitai was a sashimi with just the right amount of sweetness and flavor, and a nice aftertaste. ◇Strong side dish: Taro Manju A manju filled with shrimp and ginkgo nuts. The texture of the sticky taro was utilized. ◇Chopstick break: Kobako crab course also seems to have become more powerful. There was a lot of meat stuffed into the crab shell. Tosa vinegar jelly alone was delicious, but when I added lemon, I felt the sweetness of the crab meat even more. ◇Hassun This is where Hassun, which is not on the menu list, appears. It seems that they serve it while watching the progress of the alcohol. Chicken liver, milt, pickled saury, mullet, and more are all carefully prepared and delicious. ◇Meat plate: Charcoal-grilled Sendai beef.It was a creative dish with egg yolk. The medium-rare appearance was good, but the meat was a little tough. ◇Meals: Sea bream chazuke and pickles I was very satisfied with the generous amount of sea bream. There was wasabi on the lid, and I enjoyed it with that. ◇Sweetness: Orange mousse/apple There is a wide variety of sake, and today we chose ``Haaseura'', ``Shidaizumi'', ``Hideyoshi'', and ``Yoshiyoshi Enishi''. The brands will be narrowed down, but it is also possible to add an all-you-can-drink course for 3,500 yen. I'm likely to go to the new Tsukiji shop from time to time, which is located in an alleyway with little traffic. Next time I would like to stop by on my way home from work.

地下鉄築地・東銀座・築地市場駅からいずれも5分ほどの日本料理「酒房 交差点」さん。
新大橋通りから2本通りを入った路地裏にあり、2023年10月にオープンしたカジュアル割烹と日本酒のお店です。
店内は和を基調とした落ち着いた雰囲気です。カウンター5席とテーブル16席ほど、8席の個室もあります。
ランチは「週替わり弁当」(1300円)を始め、「天丼」「海鮮丼」「ステーキ丼」などがあります。
特に週替わり弁当は、いつもおかずが美味しいと大人気です。
今日はランチ会食での利用だったため、個室で「昼懐石」(5500円)をいただきました。
◇先附:甘海老と菜花 馬鈴薯餡
◇造里:まぐろ、生しらす
◇揚物:稚鮎と山菜の天ぷら
◇強肴:岩中豚ロースグリル
◇食事:桜えび土鍋炊込みご飯、香の物、汁物
◇甘味:黒糖パンナコッタ
先附は、甘海老のフォンのジュレがかけられ琥珀色が美しい。
揚物の稚鮎は、独特の苦みが旨い。
岩中豚は蕗味噌と花わさびでいただきましたが、脂も美味しい。
桜えびご飯は見た目が華やか。
会食参加者にも、とても喜んでいただきました。
夜だけではなく、ランチも満足度の高いお店です。
