昭和29年に勝どきに生まれた老舗焼肉店★
【ネギタン塩発祥の地】と言われているらしいです。
前回行った時もネギタン塩が美味しかった記憶があったので今回もオーダーしました。
これでもか！と、
ネギがたっぷりのったネギタン塩。
ふんだんに盛り込んだネギは、
営業前に毎日、当日分を刻み包丁で細かく叩いているそう。
ネギの香ばしさと肉の甘みが塩によって引き出され、美味しかったです。
あとは、
シマチョウもぷりぷりの食感で、噛めば噛むほど口の中に旨味が溢れて美味しかったです。
他のお肉はあまり印象に残っておらず。。。
もしまた行く事があれば、
この２つだけリピートで食べよう。
