勝どきにある魚河岸処、さよりにやって来ました。
しばらくお昼の営業はしていませんでしたが、ランプが点いているのも見かけて路地を入っていきます。
路地を奥へ進んでいくと、商い中の看板がかかっていました。
普通の古い民家というような外観。
おそるおそる引き戸を開けて入っていきます。
小さなカウンターが2つ。
テーブル席は3つ。
けっこう狭いお店です。
お昼のメニューは4種類。
アジとホタテフライ定食1000円を頼んでみました。
ご飯の大盛りやおかわりは追加料金で可能です。
最初に小鉢と漬物が出されました。
小鉢にはネギと麩。
出汁がしみ込んでいて、うまい。
若い息子さんが料理を作っています。
しっかり丁寧に作っている印象でした。
アジフライ
衣は薄くさっぱり食べれます。
熱々にあげられていて、身はしっとりやわらか。
上品なアジフライでした。
ホタテは３つ。
こちらも熱々の揚げたて。
一口でも食べられるようなサイズ。
レモンを絞って食べました。
ご飯も味噌汁も美味しかったです。
定食屋にとってはかなり重要な要素。
一定の基準を満たしています。
しっかりと料理を食べている満足感がありました。
そういったお店はあまりありませんので、貴重です。
もう少し接客がよければという気がしました。
今度は刺身と焼き魚も試してみたいと思います。
