月島といえばもんじゃですが、敢えて月島ではもんじゃに行かないハツです。この日は「Bonte」というビストロを予約しました。
月島駅から徒歩数分。カフェのようなオシャレなお店を見つけます。
店内はカウンターとテーブル席で合計30席。ちょっと灯りを落とした落ち着いた店内です。
乾杯からボトルの白をいただきました。
お料理は、ワインに合いそうなものがずらり。
お肉やお魚、野菜などを使った彩り豊かなものが揃っていました。
まずは、鮮魚のカルパッチョ。
そして、ヤリイカのフリット。
薄い衣でサックサクの食感。ぷりぷりのイカが美味しいです。
塩加減もちょうどいい。
メインとしていただいたのは、
和牛リエット＆マッシュポテトのグラタン仕立て。
和牛のリエットをグラタンにしちゃうとは斬新。
お肉の味わいと食感をしっかり感じつつ、とろ〜りチーズがまろやかに仕上げてくれています。
バケットとの相性も抜群。美味しかったです。
ちょっと1杯でも、おひとりさまでも、しっかり食事にも使える優秀なビストロ。
