コロナ禍に一気に

変わっていた。
焼鳥屋さんでカウンターに
座って
カウンター越しにオーダー
出来ずに自分の携帯から
注文するのは
寂しい気がする。。。
が、
取り敢えず
色々とオーダー。
各、焼鳥メニューも
サイドメニューも
盛り付けもキレイだし
ひと通り美味しい。
サイドメニューの内容も
普通の焼肉屋さんや
居酒屋さんとは
違うラインナップ。
こだわりや差別化意識が
感じられる。
このエリアで4店舗を
構えるのは
近隣で常連さんを
獲得している人気店の
証拠だと思う。
正直、自分は
勝どきで焼鳥だと
鳥善が好きだが
お酒の種類やサイドメニューが
あまりないので
色々と楽しみたい時には
こちらのお店に
軍配が上がるのは当然。
