刺身定食の復刻を望む… : Idaten

I liked the quality of the sashimi set meal I had before and have been here several times, but they don't serve it every time... It's still on the menu, but it seems they don't serve it very often. If it's on the dinner menu, doesn't it mean they stock it? Is it not served at night? ? I had no choice but to order a fried set meal this time. Fried horse mackerel and large fried oysters set meal ¥1,200 Oyster are not large, and the taste is average without the juiciness of Oyster. The fried horse mackerel is not thick but delicious. The rice is firm to my liking and I had a complimentary refill. Personally, I hope they offer sashimi for lunch.

It's become a very popular place for lunch in this area, where you might not be able to get in if you go after 12 o'clock. On this day, the lunch menu had been renewed. I ordered a set meal of boiled pork belly cartilage and fried oysters. The pork belly was quite filling, with large chunks of braised pork. The broth was sweet, so adding shichimi (seven-spice powder) gave it a nice saltiness. The cartilage was boiled so soft that you couldn't even notice it. It was quite delicious. There were three fried oysters, the meat was small, and the taste was average. There was a set meal of large fried oysters and fried horse mackerel on another menu, but I can't believe the oysters were the same size! The rice was cooked on the firm side, which I personally liked. Second helpings were available. The lunch menu seems to be renewed regularly, so you won't get bored.

I ordered a sashimi set meal and two pieces of fried chicken for ¥100. The sashimi was red snapper, amberjack, horse mackerel, salmon, and milt (milt for lunch is quite rare!). The fish was supposed to be purchased every morning at Toyosu, but today it didn't feel as fresh as the sashimi I had before. Two pieces of fried chicken for ¥100 is a good deal, and for some reason there were three pieces, lol. However, it was disappointing that the fried chicken was a little cold. There was only one staff member on this day, and it seems that the fried chicken, which is the signature menu item, is prepared in advance. Even so, I wish they would come up with an idea to soak it in oil before serving it. Prices are rising in the world, but the rice refill service is still going strong! However, with this capacity, it is so popular that it is full at 12 o'clock, so I think it's tough to operate alone. I hope they continue to do their best with high-quality lunches for both sashimi and fried chicken.

前回唐揚げが美味しかったのでまたリピートしようかと思いましたが、チキン南蛮も試してみたくなり、その定食をオーダー。

チキン南蛮は専用に下処理されたものではなく、唐揚げに上から調理を加えて南蛮ソースに絡めたタイプ。鶏料理専門店ではないのでこれは仕方ないでしょう。

大振りのモモ肉が6個とボリュームは申し分ないし、味も王道のチキン南蛮独特の衣の食感ではないが、これはこれでなかなか美味い。

キャベツもシャキシャキ新鮮で◯
今日もご飯お代わりしました。

別にメガ盛り唐揚げ10個定食というのが¥1,180であるが、すごいCPですね。ガテン系男子グループが以前食べられてました。

12時過ぎに退店しましたが、既に満席になっており最近人気上がってきてるのかな❓

ここは刺身もその日豊洲から仕入れており美味しく、唐揚げとのセットもあります。

唐揚げとの刺身が美味しいランチのお店として是非今後も続けて欲しいです。

前回トンカツで愕然とさせられたのですが、刺身と唐揚げは美味しいので、この辺りのありがたいランチスポットの居酒屋さんです。

なんとランチメニューがリニューアルされています。全面改定とまではいきませんが、唐揚げのバリエーションが増えているのと、誇大広告と指摘させていただいた厚切りトンカツから厚切りの文字が消えています。

この日も裏メニューである、本日の刺身と唐揚げの定食をオーダー。裏メニューといっても、早めの時間に行けば全員聞かなくても店員さんが教えてくれます。ここの刺身は本当に当日豊洲から仕入れているのでしょう。鮮度、味ともにレベルが高く、しかも5種類もの刺身と唐揚げをセットで 1,300円前後で食べれるのはハイCPだと思います。値段は刺身の状況によって多少変わるらしいです。

この日の刺身は、カンパチ、真鯛、いさき、イワシ、ホタテの5種類。どれも美味しい！
唐揚げも堪能してご飯おかわり(無料)して、満足のランチでした♫

　こないだランチの刺身定食が美味しかったので再訪しました。
　今回は肉にしようと思い、極厚三元豚ロースカツ定食をオーダー。

　どんなカツが出てけるかと思いきや…
これは酷い❗️スーパー呑み弁当のカツと同レベルの厚さです。なにを根拠に極厚とメニューに記載するのでしょうか？普通にロースカツ定食の方がまだ裏切られ感がなくてましかと。(ちなみに後日再訪した時にメニューが刷新されており、極厚のwordは無くなってました。

　味も全然ロース感は無く鶏のムネ肉かと思いました。

　ここは唐揚げが刺身は美味しかったのとご飯お替わりサービスもあるので、また来ようとは思います何、カツは2度と頼みません。

　メニューにない限定メニューも日によってはあるようです。
この日はその日に豊洲から仕入れた刺身5種と唐揚げの定食が¥1,500であるとの事で、それをオーダー。
刺身5種は、マグロ、カツオ、イワシ、サーモン、鰤、
刺身のレベルは◎ 唐揚げメインのお店とは思えないちゃんとした魚を仕入れてます。

唐揚げも看板メニューだけあって◎

ご飯は味は普通だがカレーでもいけるくらいの硬め、
味噌汁は大根や魚のアラ等具は多め(メニューに書いてある具沢山とまではいかないが)
あとお替りはご飯のみ可能

ボリュームと刺身、唐揚げのレベル考慮すると¥1,500はCP良い

　ただテラス席のお客さんが吸っている煙草が店内まで入ってきて臭かったです。
せめてランチは全席禁煙にしてほしい。
