今年もお楽しみの時がやってきました。
今回は月島スタートです。
月島と言えば今まで、かねます・大島や・岸田やと案内してもらいましたが
今回も立ち飲み日本酒バー。
注文はＫちゃんセレクトで全てお任せ♡
先ずは、日本酒白鹿のシャーベット。
これシャリシャリで、危険なお酒？
スプーンですくって食べたい感じ
まーちんさんのレモンサワーも周りはお塩ついて、ソルティードックの様な
なんとも初めて飲む感じ！！これも危険なお酒ね♡
おつまみは
★松江市の津田漬けのカブとイカの麹漬けと鯖の塩辛
鯖の塩辛は強烈な塩辛さ、塩辛くてびっくりしたけどお酒には最高！！。
イカの麹漬けも美味しくてどちらも、お酒もだけど、ご飯少し欲しくなる
★鶏皮の味噌煮込み串物。
タレが美味。
このタレにバケットより固めのパン？をつけていただきました。
これもほんの少しのご飯でもいいかも
日本酒の種類が豊富で
日本酒は超レア物のシリアルナンバーついてる610本の113本目
泡雲。
シャンパンの様な色合いの発泡酒。
飲みやすい！これ好き！！

最初観た途端に一目ぼれ状態
なんて美しいお姿まさに好物だらけの塊です
これ、お豆腐なんですもの、その上に
うに、とびっこ、いくら、ねぎ、生たまごでデコレーションケーキのような
めちゃくちゃ美味しい。これ一人で食べたい♡
美味しいもの食べる時のお顔・・・いいねその顔ってＫちゃんにパチリ！
すこし多くもらっちゃった♪ヤッター
お魚も美味しいようで、急遽、島根直送の刺身もいただくことに、
炙りのどぐろ、しろはぎ、ひらめ、まとうだい、あじ、すずき、はまち(天然)
ほっぺがおちそうだよー
こうなると日本酒が進む
