初訪問。
前から気になっていたお店なので予約して入店。
中は長テーブル1つの立ち飲み屋。
メニューには島根の日本酒20種類と鳥取の日本酒6種類。それ以外に、その日の仕入れで変わる青森のお酒などもあった。
4人で行ったので、1合をお猪口に1杯ずつ分け合って飲み比べ。
1時間で、次のもんじゃ屋へ。
以下、個人メモ。
【お酒】
●開春：すごくスッキリ。
●石見銀山：スッキリの中に若干香り。
●隠岐誉：爽やかな香り。
●宗味：華やかな香り。今回はこれが1番。
【つまみ】
●生ハムポテサラゴルゴンゾーラチーズ：ガツンとした味。これが日本酒に合うとは新発見。
●担々もやし：想像通りの味。これも日本酒に合うとは。
●マン腸ネギ塩あえ：マンボウの腸をネギ塩胡麻油で和えた物。腸は、少し硬めの鶏ササミみたい。味や匂いは強くない。
