Our restaurant has a wide variety of menu items using Cow tongue. We have a diverse lineup, including simply grilled "yakimono" and limited quantity "aburi sashimi". Among them, the ``extra-thick tongue'' is especially recommended. It's a luxurious and chewy masterpiece that's only 2cm thick! You can also try ``sukiyaki'', which is rare for dishes that use tongue. Slice it thinly for easy eating and enjoy it with our original blended sauce and ``homemade yolk sauce'' made from egg yolk.

Our restaurant is particular not only about Cow tongue, but also about beef and offal. For some of our wagyu beef, we use "Omi beef," a brand of beef that is known as one of the three major wagyu beef brands in Japan. The meat has a fine texture, sweet fat, and is so delicious that it melts in your mouth. We also procure fresh offal. Please enjoy our limited-edition "shimacho" and "oyster tail," as well as a variety of other menu items such as Gyoza / Dumpling, fried chicken, and deep-fried chicken ☆ Please come and enjoy Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) as if it were a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) izakaya ♪
