月島の鳥料理店。
鶏鬨ひつまぶしが気になり訪問。
昼の訪問11時40分
先客無し。
鶏鬨ひつまぶしを注文1100円
メニュー構成や店の雰囲気、
はえぬき使用など近くの山形山に似ているなあと思っていたら系列店だった。
程なくして料理提供。
ひつまぶしのもも肉は柔らかに焼き上がっている。
そぼろは大粒でやや甘めな仕上がり。
ちょっと酒感を残した仕上がりになっているのが面白い。
すりごま・ミツバわさび海苔
シャープな辛さの黄一味があるのが良い。
山椒や七味もあって薬味は充実してます。
出汁は淡い鳥スープ
はえぬきは粒だって炊けていた。
お茶漬けにして完食。
そぼろから味がよく出るイメージ。
お茶漬けがお好きなら間違い無いと思います。
七味や山椒・黄一味と香辛料が充実しているのがとても良かったです。
