3月1日に晴海にオープンしたクラフトビールのお店。
てっきり全て自家醸造なのかと思って伺ったら1種類のみ。
大好きな天王洲アイルのブルワリーを想像して訪問したのでちょっとガッカリ。
オペレーション回ってないし、ビールの知識も注ぎ方もうーん。と言う感じ。
ビール全種類飲んだけど、IPA以外軽め。
ブルワリーレストランなのか居酒屋なのかカフェなのか食堂なのか、コンセプトがよくわからず中途半端。
席の間隔も狭め。
お料理のお味も普通だし、ボリューム少ない。
他にも追加しようかなと思ったけど、やめてハシゴ。
