This is my first time at this restaurant. They only accept reservations for a total of four groups, two for lunch and two for dinner per day. It seems that there are many regulars. This time, Chef Sakurai kindly reserved the place for one group only. He was very friendly from the first impression, saying, "I'm going to do my best because it's been a while since I've been in charge of cooking for a birthday party." I really felt his hospitality, which made me think that he really loves food and customers. The homey atmosphere seems to reflect the personalities of the staff, chef, and wife. The chef, who spoke passionately about each dish, also seemed to be having fun. lol We also received many words of admiration, such as "Wow!" and "Oh!". They generously served high-class ingredients that we would normally not be able to afford, such as spiny lobster, Matsusaka beef, truffles, and foie gras. Um, are you making a profit? ? The lineup made me want to ask timidly. I am grateful to my companion who took me there. I'm at an age where I don't get excited about birthdays anymore, but I'd like to come again next year.
