気取らない大将とおいしい料理！
こちらは1ヶ月前の1日から予約開始とのことで、2/1に予約。週末は予約必須だと思います。
店内はこじんまりとしていて、いわゆる地元の小料理屋さんといった感じです。
まずお通しとして鯵の握りと茸の煮物、鰯のつみれ汁を頂きました。鯵のつやの良さ、酢じめの加減の良さに、この店に来て正解！と期待も高鳴ります。つみれ汁の出汁も優しく、つみれもふわふわ。癒やされます。
この日頂いたのは、刺身盛り合わせ、鮟肝、鯵の南蛮漬、うどと春菊の酢味噌和え、あわびの蒸し煮、ふぐの唐揚げ、鶏のダッチオーブン料理でした。
何もかもおいしかったのですが、あわびの蒸し加減が絶妙で、これまでアワビは生が一番と思っていたけど、もしかしたら蒸しが良いかもと思い直した程です。
また、鶏のダッチオーブン料理は、鍋自体はピリ辛の胡麻だれで頂くのですが、シメの麺は和風のつけ汁で頂き、これがまた絶品。お腹いっぱいでも入ってしまいます。
ひれ酒等1人三杯ずつ頂いて一人10,000円切るというのは、本当に格安だと思います。
また是非伺いたいです。

約1年ぶりに再訪。
相変わらず、お通しが多くておいしい！
くじらの刺し身が美味しくて驚きました。
その他にオーダーしたのは、あん肝、鴨ロースの煮物、稚鮎の揚げ物、穴子の二身焼き、冷やしラーメン、熱盛カレー素麺。
最後の二品は写真撮り忘れたけど、まぁまぁお腹いっぱいだったのに、ペロリと食べられてしまう病みつきの美味しさ。
また絶対に伺いたいです。
