この前、日本橋高島屋に行ったら、地下1階の出店コーナーに天狗鮨が出てるのをみて、そーいやまだ入ったことなかったな、と初訪問して来ました。東陽町駅の近く、らぁ麺やまぐち辣式の並びにあるけっこう大きな店舗です。
日本橋三越本館地下1階のイートインコーナーによく出店しているのを見かける銀座 鮨たじまもこちらの直営店で、たじまの大将ももちろん、こちらの出身。
また、3月にはその鮨たじまの東陽町店をやはり東陽町駅そばながら、天狗鮨とは対角となる位置にオープンさせたりしてます。
扇子か何かを広げて曲芸してるのかな？男の姿のシルエットがグループの目印のようです。
店内はカウンターにネタを入れる冷蔵庫が置いてある町の寿司屋でよく見かけるスタイル。テーブル席に座敷もあります。
鮪が自慢のようで、まぐろづくし定食とかマグロ漬け丼なんてのがあったけど、握りを食べたい気分だったんで特上にぎりを注文。トロ入り握り8カン、鉄火巻1/2本、玉子に小鉢、味噌汁付だそうです。
ん？鉄火巻1/2本じゃなくて、鉄火巻は1/6本だけで、あとはカッパ巻とタクワン巻になってるぞ？
んー。最近、おまかせ形式の寿司屋さんに通うようになって舌が肥えちゃったのか、ネタの仕込とか保存状態とかいちいち気なるようになっちゃったなぁ。
イクラもこの程度の量なら、器に入れてシャリの上に乗せる意味を感じない。軍艦巻でいいのでは？
