月曜の6時過ぎにお伺いしました。
サラリーマン風の人が複数いて、そこそこ賑わってました。
オーダーしたのは、レモンサワー、ウイスキーの水割り。
突き出しは、カニとわかめの酢の物、赤貝のひも、イカの塩辛。
海鮮サラダ。マグロ、サーモン、鯛、エビ、イクラ、とびっこなどの海鮮が具沢山です。
ドレッシングがすこし甘めで好きな味でした。
銀鱈の西京焼き。
身がふっくらとしてとっても脂が乗ってました。
とても美味しかったです。
お任せ握り。
大トロ、中トロ、穴子、ウニ、ホタテ、甘エビ、子持ち昆布、ぶり？玉子、鉄火巻きでした。
見た目がもう少し綺麗だといいなあ。
大トロはかなり脂が乗ってました。中トロも。でもすこし筋っぽかったかな。
ホタテが肉厚でよかってです。
ウニも綺麗な色で美味しそうでした。
一つ残念だったのが、わさび抜きでお願いしたのですが、何故か穴子のシャリの下の部分にわさびがついてました。
他のものもわさびっぽい香りがしたものもありました。
お魚にはついてなかったので、意味がわかりませんが。板前さんの手についていたのかなあ。
一人4000円少しでした。
