刺身か環八道路しか思い浮かばないが、
カンパチのかま煮は初めて。
カマといえばマグロかシャケと
相場が決まっているわけじゃないんだな。
門仲のランチの相場なんて知らねえけど
600円というのは新しい。
けっこう大きなカンパチが
王道の味つけでご飯を進めてくれる。
正直、カンパチらしさはわからないし、
カレイの煮付けって言われても気づかない
ありがたみのない舌。
味噌汁の具は大きなアサリ。
手抜きなしの600円。
大好きな燻りがっこは見た目は地味だが
派手にうれしい。
秋田料理ってわけか。
