門前仲町方面ランチ探訪。天気よきで富岡八幡宮の
脇道抜けて、高速道路の高架をくぐって400ｍくらいの
交差点の角にあります。半熟オムバーグＤＸ1500円
頂きました♪
マイレビさんの投稿を拝見して、おいしそだな～と
ふらりふらり、オープンと同時に近くの方なのか？
あれよあれよで満席御礼。本領は夜のフレンチ
ビストロのようです。お昼はオムライスのおいしい
お店として流行っておられます。
1番人気は本日のオムライス1000円で今日はビーフハヤシライスとオムレツのコラボ。頂いたのは名物の半熟オムバーグＤＸです。フォトジェニックな♪いで立ちで登場！！
ヴェスヴィオ山が噴火したような感じ(^^♪
構造としては、てっぺん付近はハンバーグでその下にライスで全体をフワトロ半熟卵が覆っている感じです。
自家製のハンバーグはきめの細かい程よく練りこまれたビーフとハーブのパテのようです。手捏ねの粗びきバーグとは一線画します。
ライスよりもパテの量がすごくてお肉食べた感が半端ないです。かといって脂のしつこさがないのでサクサクいけます。オムの上には、トマトソースとチーズのコーデを装い
程よい酸味で ハンバーグのシンプルな味付けをサポート
して良き！
おいしかったな～。
次回は殆ど皆さんがオーダーされていたビーフハヤシの
今日のオムライス1000円を頂いてみたいです、
ごちそうさまでした。
追記： 深川では有名な孤高の立ち食いそば店
笠置そば深川店さんが 火事で臨時休業の模様。
ニュースによると原因は今の所不明で、
店主さんは少し火傷されたそうです。
店主さんが良きである事と早い復旧がされればと
お祈り申し上げます。
