まさに隠れ家的な店。
L字のカウンター10席、掘りごたつ式のテーブル席が６+4席。
料理もお酒も上品。

このお店は静かだし落ち着いて飲めて、どれを食べても美味しい！

室内の壁は紅色、これは店名の猩猩にちなんだ色だ。
猩猩（猩々）とは、中国の想像上の動物。酒が好物で、飲むと顔が紅くなるとか。
