普段は家族と食事の機会がないので、行けるときに行こうと、外にお袋と食事に。
久々にこちらにお邪魔しました。
今日の珍しい一品は、北海道鵡川のししゃもの刺し身、うちわ海老は活きたままグツグツの鍋に投入。茹で立てで美味。
ししゃもは、北海道在住以来ですかね、生は。
魚にはやっぱり日本酒がピッタリです。
〆はお寿司でも、オリジナルのリゾットでも。
ちなみに、リゾットのご飯はシャリを使用ですので、飲んだあとにも、優しい一品に仕上がってます。
