One of Wa-chan's specialties is charcoal. In order to serve you the best Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), we use charcoal from Kishu, which is said to be the best Bincho charcoal. Furthermore, we use charcoal called ``Charcoal Artwork - Oak Hosomaru.'' The highest temperature reached is approximately 800 degrees. By grilling the chicken all at once over high-temperature charcoal, the flavor of the chicken is locked in. Once you take a bite, you'll definitely know how delicious it is.
