本日はテニスで一頻り汗をかいた後、オヤジ5人ランチで伺ったのは博多もつ鍋が売りの居酒屋の此方。
経営母体は2005年9月設立の㈱KIDS HOLDINGS。都内中心に7店舗有るようです。他のブランドとしては原価ビストロBAN!、牛タン圭助、等を展開されています。
ランチ営業している事を確認して12時半前にお伺い。先客はおらず、私達が最初のお客さん。奥から店長か厨房担当と思われる30代後半の男性が出て来ましたが、他にスタッフさんも居なかったからか少し困惑顔。ウェルカム感全く無し。途中後から入って来た若者グループも一旦席に座りましたが、何かを感じ取ったのか、その後退出されました。
注文はQRコードを読み込ませるセルフオーダー方式。メニュー見ると品数は、刺身、串焼、焼物、揚物、野菜、ご飯＆麺と豊富。
その後アルバイトスタッフが1人入って少しお店が回り始めた様子。
注文は以下の通り。
ネバネバ深川ヤッコ 480円
鶏の唐揚げ 480円
羽付き餃子 580円
刺身5種盛り 1,980円
焼鳥物合わせ5本 980円
もつ鍋味噌 1,480円
注文してから提供迄少し時間が掛かりますが、概ね料理の味は価格を考えればまずまず。特に看板メニューのもつ鍋はもつと野菜の甘味で美味しい。
追加で締めの麺をお願いしましたが、いくら待っても来ず。何度か督促したら、今麺を湯がいてます、と言われ待ち続けるも、結果的には注文が入っていないという事が判明。暗にセルフオーダーでの注文発信がされていなかった当方側のミスを言われ、もう結構と会計は済ませ退出。
当方にも責任の一旦は有るにせよ、厨房と配膳の連携不足も有ったと思うのですが。そもそも何故麺を湯がいてると言ったのか、注文確認をしなかったのか。最初のウェルカム感無しの挨拶から始まり、残念な気持ちになりました。
チェーン店の場合、スタッフさんの対応次第で当たり外れが有り、お店の評価が大きく変ると改めて認識。料理はリーズナブルで味もまずまずなのに残念です。偶々一部の方々かもしれませんが、チェーン店の良し悪しを感じました。ご馳走様でした。
