此方はおばんざいと日本酒のお店とのこと
想像と違い、調理をされた方は若い料理人のようで、スタッフも若い女性です。京の路地裏にあるおばんざいのお店では妙齢の女将や経験豊富な板前さんという場合が多いので、少し意外な感じです。
料理は全体的にあっさりしているところが京風といえるかもしれませんが、個人的には、もう少ししっかりと出汁をきかせたほうが好みです。
