貴重な「タン元」を使用したタン塩はかなり塩加減も控えめにした準備がされており繊細です。
部位ごとに複数の仕入れ先より厳選されたものを仕入れているのだそう。
特に琴線に触れたのはハラミとロースです。
塩で旨いのは確かですが、タレの方が好きな人も多いかな？と思いました。
塩ダレのお肉は一度しかオーダーできないので要注意です。
ユッケは一口食べて置いていたら、同行者にパクられました笑笑 それほどおいしいということです。
今回、サシの強めのお肉類は全く注文しなかったので、次回はシャトーブリアンもチャレンジしたいなぁ
