モンナカ。東京広しと言えど、この街ほど「はしご酒」が似合う街は無いのではないでしょうか？
桜開花。久しぶりのモンナカ呑みを堪能。
門前仲町 "マグロスタンダード"
鮪の基準？とてもキャッチーな屋号。
15時の開店と同時に夫婦で入店。
男性スタッフ達の元気で気持ち良い接客に気分がアガる。
スマホ注文方式。とりあえず生ビール。

メバチマグロのブツが大盛。沢庵と海苔も付いて巻き巻きして最高のアテ。
翠の白ガリジンサワー(これウマぃ)に切り替えて、、
⚫︎本マグロ！本気のネギトロ 715円
コレ美味い。ペースト状のネギトロに原型を留めたトロブツ。コチラも海苔巻きにして最高。
⚫︎ マグロスタンダード盛り（2人前）2156円
店名を冠した看板メニュー。まぐろ脳天とかカマトロとかの希少部位をラインナップしたマグロ5種盛り。正にマグロづくし。
⚫︎ マグロ唐揚げ手羽先風 693円
甘辛風味に唐揚げされた骨付きマグロ。スペアリブのように齧り付くと、病みつきになりそうな味。
名物の焼きマグロもいきたいところですが、モンナカはしご酒一軒目なので、このあたりで。
お会計は2人で7500円。
