Kuroge Wagyu Yakiniku Nikujiro is a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant run by a meat wholesaler that was founded in 1981 Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Because we are directly managed by a meat wholesaler, we can confidently provide our customers with high-quality Japanese black beef and offal in fresh condition.
Food We are also particular about the sauce.
We offer ``Nikujiro's original Yakiniku (Grilled meat) sauce,'' ``secret spiciness,'' and ``pot-cooked sea salt.'' Yakiniku (Grilled meat) sauce is prepared in-house. In addition to grated onions, garlic, and green onions, the dashi kelp is slowly marinated for two days in a fruity soy sauce-based sauce mixed with apples and lemons to extract the flavor. Nikujiro's original homemade sauce is refreshing yet full-bodied.
