Our proud raw lamb is made from a rare breed of grain-fed lamb. Unlike grass-fed sheep, they are fed breast milk and grain. As a result, it lacks the characteristic grassiness of lamb, and has a mild taste without any peculiarities. The meat is tender and even those who don't like lamb can enjoy it. We also have our original menu, ``Lamb Gyeopsal'' and ``Sheep Tongue'', which is characterized by its high-quality fat and plump texture. The ``Hitsuji Yukhoe'', which you don't often see at other Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate) restaurants, is also a must-see.It has a strong flavor and little odor, and you can enjoy it with the egg yolk in the special sauce.
