テレビで観て３月の閉店前に行きたかったお店
お目当ては10食限定の1.5にぎり
テレビの影響もあるかと思い12:30開店ですが1時間半前の11:00に到着
ぎりぎり10人目で前の全員が1.5にぎりを頼んでも大丈夫と一安心
続々と列が伸び11:30時点には20人を超えていました。
待つこと１時間半、やっと入店
1人前づつ握っているのでさらに1時間
時間に余裕が無いと食べられないですね。
13:30やって自分の握りが到着
24貫と軍艦2巻
毎朝、足立市場から仕入れているネタはどれも鮮度抜群で美味かったです。
白身には大葉が仕込んであったり、レモンが絞ってあったりと仕事もとても丁寧、時間がかかるのはしょうがないですね。
ちょっと残念はシャリがねちゃっとして好みではなかった事。
でもこれで¥2,400は驚異のコスパです。
