This is my first visit to this place, which I tried to enter several times but was closed. Perhaps due to the coronavirus, one regular customer was sitting at the counter talking to the owner. The content of the conversation was also about the coronavirus. It's hard to run a business, so let's ask for a lot. It's the second one though. The drink is hoppy. The appetizer is whitebait bruschetta. It's delicious, but is it more like bread than baguette? Below is what I ordered.・Ryukyu I think it was Oita, which is thinly sliced yellowtail and served with soy sauce, ground sesame seeds, green onions, and eggs. Local gourmet food. It's fatty, crispy, and delicious. The key is to eat it while it's cold.・Fried Makomotake mushrooms with spices? I vaguely remember the name. Makomotake is not a mushroom, but its name sounds like a mushroom (lol). When it is crunchy and mixed with the flavor of spices, it tastes a bit like corn. Very delicious and filling. It's a cheap and popular menu item.・Shichirin Set: Conger eel dried overnight, Jakoten, Satsumaage, King Kingfish, Salmon Toba, Shishikara, and some mirin-dried sauce. Grilled on the table. Conger eel with wasabi. Juicy and delicious. This is fun and the drinks go well. This was my first visit, and the owner seems to be a friendly guy who has cooked a lot. That's why I can understand why there are so many menus (lol) I want to go again. It was delicious, thank you for the meal.
