あばら大根は「株式会社そら」の飲食事業部がプロデュースするブランドです。同じ西葛西では他にちょっと系統の違う「Azzurro520」や「うっとり」も展開されており、比較的若い客層を中心に賑わっている感じを受けます。
あばら大根のウリは「旬魚」です。日々仕入れる新鮮な魚を刺し身・焼き・揚げと調理法を変えて提供しているのだそう。また、ワクワクするような目の前で仕上げられる料理をはじめ五感で楽しめる料理・サービス・空間を提供との事。
正直に言ってお店のウリが旬魚である事をお店にいる時に気がついておりませんでした。大根を徹底的に楽しめる大根のフルコースくらい面白い方が個性があって良かったかな。
