西葛西の山芋専門店
西葛西駅から2-3分のところにある山芋専門店です。
メニューは様々な山芋を使った料理を味わうことができます。
私たちが注文したのは、まずは「3種のとろろ食べ比べ」。
自然薯、大和芋、長芋それぞれのとろろです。
とろろといっても芋の種類でこんなに食感や粘りなどが違うというのが感じられて面白い前菜です。
他にもサラダや串焼きなどで様々な山芋を食べましたが、個人的に一番よかったのが「長芋炭火焼」。
シンプルに長芋を大きめにスライスして炭火で焼いているだけですが、炭火の風味と長芋のサクサクの食感がとても美味しかったです。
ちなみにアルコールも長芋を使ったメニューが多く、自然薯のビールや焼酎などとても珍しいドリンクが楽しめました。
山芋好きの方にはお薦めの美味しい店でした。

西葛西にある山芋専門店です。
今回はいつも通りの山芋料理はもちろんですが、寒くなってきたので鍋も頂きました。
・ムカゴの素揚げ
・牡蠣と長芋のアヒージョ
・自然薯とろろ鍋 牡蠣 白醤油
・自然薯プリン
まずはムカゴの素揚げと牡蠣＆長芋アヒージョをつまみに頂きます。
こちらはビールや焼酎も山芋にこだわりがあり、アルコール目的でのつまみも楽しいですね。
そして鍋は自然薯とろろ鍋。
醤油ベースの鍋ですが、自然薯とろろがとてもマイルドな味に変えます。
出汁も美味しくなりますね。
そして最後に自然薯プリン。
ここまで山芋づくしはそうそう食べることはできません。
そして帰りはお土産で山芋チップスも頂くことができました。
