和食料理店が出来ては閉店するビルの2階に、こちらの和食割烹が新たに開店したのでランチ訪問。
品位が高く落ち着く雰囲気の店内の配置は以前のお店と変わりませんが、どこかの系列店ではなく単独店舗とのこと。
頂いたのは、サラダ・小鉢なども付く “特製天重 1,000円（税込1,100円）” を、栃木県黒磯産の特Aコシヒカリを使うというご飯は少な目で、選べるドリンクはHOT紅茶で。
黒塗りの大きな器で供される特製天丼には、穴子・小海老2尾・卵の黄身・南瓜・茄子・ピーマン・大葉・海苔の天婦羅が盛り込まれ、タレは少な目に掛けられていて、天丼のタレが醤油差しで添えられます。
天婦羅の衣は薄く、それぞれの素材の味・かほり・食感を愉しめますね。
サラダ・小鉢のベーコンがトッピングされるお浸し・出汁が濃いめの味噌椀も美味しく頂きました。
ちょっと粗相をしてしまったのですが、従業員さん達の目配り・心配りが素敵で、美味しさと共に、サービス含め満足ランチとなりました。
