前菜からかなり食材が豪華
細部にこだわった選定された食材は雲丹、牡蠣など様々なものを使用しています。
続いて汁物の白子豆腐
優しい白子の味わいと出汁に体が温まります。
鮮魚3点盛り
本マグロを含めた鮮魚は白身も分厚く日本酒が欲しくなる味わい。
かなり種類を置いてるので楽しめること間違いなしです。
メインのお肉はプラス２,000円で和牛ステーキに変更
和牛いちぼを使ったステーキは噛みごたえ抜群。
肉感がしっかりしており添えられたわさびなどと相性抜群でした。
メインは旬のお魚ぶりのしゃぶしゃぶ
脂のたっぷり載ったぶりを熱々の出汁でしゃぶしゃぶしていただきます。
ぶりの旨味をしっかりと感じることができるメインのお鍋です。
締めには雲丹混ぜご飯
雲丹が混ざったご飯は、先程のぶりしゃぶで溶いた出汁をかけると鰤しゃぶ出汁でいただく雲丹混ぜご飯に変身。
優しさを感じる締めにぴったりの味わいでした。
価格帯も都心部でいただくとおそらくかなりするであろう食材などが使われてこのお値段なのが驚き
良心的な質のお高い和食店です。
