After 1pm on weekdays, I visited a Chinese Cuisine restaurant that opened last year, about a 2-3 minute walk from the south exit of Nishikasai Station. It is more expensive than the surrounding Chinese restaurants, and the chic interior creates a noble atmosphere, but many lunch menu items are available for 1000 yen. Today's A set, I ordered fried shrimp and cashew nuts (extra rice) on a tablet. It arrived after 5 minutes of waiting while watching the stir-fried fried rice video set on the tablet's standby screen. There were plenty of shrimp, which looked large in appearance, and I was satisfied with that alone, but the seasoning was not too strong and gave a sense of elegance. The springiness of the shrimp and the crunch of the cashew nuts are both delicious. The miso soup with lots of ingredients such as chopped carrots and enoki mushrooms was also delicious. Also, the customer service of the staff was refreshing. I would like to order a different menu each time I visit and find the standard one.
