There are only 10 seats at the counter, and the interior is like a hideaway, complete with a panoramic window that overlooks Rainbow Bridge and the ships passing by in Tokyo Bay. The ``salt'' made by boiling down our original frying oil, grilled salt from Setouchi, soup stock, and brown sugar brings out the flavor of seasonal ingredients.
