仕事で行ったお台場で、食べログでお店を探す時間もなく飛び込んだ「ペッシェドーロお台場店」。アクアシティお台場6Fの海が見えるレストランで、景色は抜群です。
注文したのは、茄子とモッツァレラのトマトソースのスパゲッティ（税込1490円）とホットコーヒー（税込560円）。観光地価格ではあるのでしょうが、2000円を超える値段であれば、それなりの料理を期待します。
ところが、出てきたスパゲッティのお味はいまいち。まず麺は、中心に芯が残っているにもかかわらず、その周囲はふやけたような感じで、使っている麺自体の質が低いのか、又は、ゆで方が悪い（低い温度でゆでてしまったときのような食感）のかはわかりませんが、いずれにせよ明らかに改善すべきものでした。また、ソースは味が薄めで、そのままでは少しボケたお味。塩味が不足しているのだと思いますが、唐辛子オイルをかけて食べると少し締まった感じになりました。
食事全体の量は少な目で、コーヒーの味も普通。窓から見える景色を含めた雰囲気は素晴らしく、店員さんの対応も悪くはないのですが、肝心の味が良くないのが本当に残念です。いつかまた伺うことがあるとすれば、そのときにはおいしいお料理を提供してくれるお店になっていることを期待します。
